Camping, Touring, Static Caravans & Lodge Parks in Limburg

The province of Limburg stands out from the other provinces of Holland, due to its more varied countryside with rolling hills and the Limburgs dialect. The vast green countryside and milder temperature accompanied by sunny weather is enough to tempt anyone to visit.

Limburg is the perfect holiday destination for food and drink lovers. Maastricht, the capital city of Holland’s most southern province is home to the Preuvenemint, a four-day celebration to all things food and drink whilst enjoying the live music which is on offer. A visit to Limburg also allows you the chance to try the traditional fruit pie known as vlaai. Ideal for beer lovers, each region within Limburg also has their own type of beer such as Brand, Alfa and Gulpener.

Although Maastricht boasts a wide range of restaurants and shops to choose from it is also a city filled with culture where you can wander along cobbled streets and see the historic architecture and cathedrals. There is also the chance to see one of the biggest and best antiques and arts fairs in the world – TEFAF. The ten-day fair attracts thousands of visitors every year to see the pieces which are showcased.
