Off the park, the beach is just a few minutes away - here you can simply relax or try your hand at sailing or windsurfing. Or for some traditional seaside fun you can head to Margate, which is packed with things to see and do such as the famous Dreamland amusement park -always a hit with the kids!

Birchington Vale looks to improve its facilities each year to ensure its guests have a great experience. Over the last few years, the park has built a new Clubhouse and more recently, added an Indoor Pool with Flume which is very popular with the kids.

Birchington Vale holiday park is a few minutes walk from the village of Birchington. It's a small village with a few shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. However, if you are looking for a little more choice and entertainment, you can head to Margate where you will find a very lively nightlife scene. This traditional “Fish & Chips” seaside resort gets extremely busy during the summer so if you are thinking of eating out, it is advisable to book in advance.
